Listview Gridlines

Can anyone tell me???
Why do the horizontal gridlines double when you click on the vertical scrollbar of the Listview for PageDown.
And the horizontal gridlines disappear when you click on the vertical scrollbar of the Listview for PageUp.
When you do LineUp or LineDown on the vertical scrollbar the problem will be gone.
I tried both PB Include Files and Jose Roca Include Files.
