FireImage custom control (WinAPI GDI Plus)

I converted most of the FireImage custom control that we have for the PB version FireFly over to a version usable in FireFly for FreeBASIC. It works pretty good.

The code is now perfected and now handles both 32-bit and 64-bit. I have also modified FireFly to handle the correct GDI+ code generation for both 32 and 64 bit.
