WinDev is using p-code (not native code), WinDev itself is written in C++, and the syntax of the WLanguage is a mix of C and BASIC very close to the one used in PowerBASIC. You can mix WinDev and PowerBASIC DLL altogether or C++ DLL or .NET assembly if you prefer.
