WinFBE_Suite 1.8.4 Chinese language file

WinFBE 1.5.3 Source File "Frmfindreplace.inc" has errors with Chinese, and frmHotImgBtn has errors with the shortcut key character "&".
In my chinese translation file, shortcut key for the menu "find Next/find previous/replace" has been removed and is now working normally.
