The concise data type.

Result code (GetLastResult)

SQL_SUCCESS, SQL_SUCCESS_WITH_INFO, SQL_STILL_EXECUTING, SQL_ERROR, or SQL_INVALID_HANDLE.

Description

Returns the concise data type.

For the datetime and interval data types, this field returns the concise data type; for example, SQL_TYPE_TIME or SQL_INTERVAL_YEAR. This information is returned from the SQL_DESC_CONCISE_TYPE record field of the IRD.
