JsonWriter.Valuemethod
Emits a JSON string with escaping for quotes, backslashes, control chars, and nonprintables via \uXXXX.

Description
Emits a JSON string with escaping for quotes, backslashes, control chars, and nonprintables via \uXXXX.
The numbers are converted to string with WSTR.
