CCombo.GetHorizontalExtentmethod
Retrieves from a combo box the width, in pixels, by which the list box can be scrolled horizontally (the scrollable width). This is applicable only if the list box has a horizontal scroll bar.
Not documented upstream. This symbol was found in the AfxNova source but appears in no documentation topic. The signature below is read directly from the code; any description comes from the source comments.
