Parameters

Name		Description
`pDisp`		Pointer to the IDispatch interface of the control returned by the OcxDispObj or OcxDispPtr methods of the `CAxHost` class (OLE container)
`fAddRef`		If TRUE, the control increments its reference count. This is only needed if the pointer attached is the one returned by the OcxDispPtr method.
