Creates a new menu bar.

Syntax

FUNCTION MenuNewBar () AS HMENU

Return value

If the function succeeds, the return value is a handle to the newly created menu.

If the function fails, the return value is NULL. To get extended error information, call GetLastError.

Description

Creates a menu.

Remarks

Instead of MenuNewBar you can call the Windows API function CreateMenu.
