Make FF Resolution Change Aware

Currently FF does not automatically re-adjust certain aspects of itself when you change resolution sizes.  You need to exit FF then come back in and the proper changes are reflected.

Quite often I will design in one mode (1600x1200) then switch to something much smaller (800x600 / 1024x768) for awhile to test or design for what it would look like in "client resolution".  Switching back and forth causes FF to not display things correctly unless you exit and come back in.

Definately not a must-have, but would be nice.
