Newly «generated « ( e.g. pandoc .md2 -> .html )
can just put in the "originated" folder"
The Index (*_idx-html) in the folder should be be adapted.
When using the « AfxNovaWebview « the *.ini File should
reference to the webrootfolder for the AfxNova Docs
containing the index-structure.
