Is there a file available that can has the defines for the Firefly function and subs?

There is a direct reference to that help file in FireFly. Just use the menu item Help and choose FireFly Functions Help.
There is a ff_functions.chm file in the folder help under FireFly.

Hope this is what you were asking about.

The F8 code popup can paste any FF function directly into your code. Being challenged to remember the exact syntax of many things (not just FF functions) it works well for me.
