Hi,
I am using Firefly Ver 2.91 with Win XP and PB9.
I currently have PB7, PB8 and PB9 on my system, all located in their own separate folders.
I began a new project and set it up to use PB9, I set the Firefly Environment Options and paths for Power Basic 9 and set PB9 as the default compiler. I then selected Power Basic 9 from the Compiler List Box in the Firefly Project properties.
I began developing the project and all has been functioning Ok, compiling with PB9 Ok. etc
I then had occasion to test the project under PB8 so I selected PB8 from the Compiler List Box in the Firefly Project properties and set the default compiler to PB8 in the Environment Options.
I recompiled my project under PB 8 and this worked correctly, Firefly reported that it was compiling under PB8.
I then tried to reconfigure my project to again compile under PB9 and ran into a road block.
While I can reset the Project Environment properties to PB9 and set the default compiler checkbox to PB9 I cannot select PB9 from the Project Properties compiler list box because PowerBasic 9 it is no longer listed as an option in the list box.
Any help appreciated.

Hi Gian,
I will run some tests on this today to figure out what the problem would be. One thing though is that you don't need to change the compiler setting in the Project and the environment settings at the same time. You set up all of your compilers in the environment settings and the default compiler is only used for new projects. You should be able to change the project setting compiler for each compiler without having to go into the Environment Settings.
... also make sure to download and install the latest FireFly install files. Maybe something has changed slightly from your version to the current one uploaded (but I doubt it).
