Title: Firefly editor does not use standard editor shortcuts
Post by: Anonymous on April 10, 2004, 02:28:54 PM
When editing in the FF environment it appears that FF does not respond to the normal keyboard shortcuts. For example Esc-Tab usually takes you to the next tab window, and Ctl-End usually takes you to the end of the editor window - neithor of these keyboard shortcuts work in FF.

Perhaps it is possible to map these keyboard shortcuts via configuration. To be honest I haven't tried, but regardless I think the default behaviour should be as expected from using other applications.

I hope I'm making snese hree. I've just had a bootle of whine wiht mi diiner and my eyes aren't focussing properly..... ;)

One thing I notice which is along the same vain is that you can't tab through the controls in a form while editing in the form editor.

Typically I could TAB from button to button to frame to listview (etc.) until I got to the control I wanted.  Then, I would press F4 (I think  :D ) and I would be able to edit the highlighted control's properties.
