Print Page - Menu Items not displaying

Title: Menu Items not displaying

Using the latest FF (309).
My form is blank (no controls) except for a status bar and my menu items.
The menu items does not get displayed.
If I add a control to the form then the menu items are displayed.

Thanks Paul. The "FF fix" corrected the problem.
