Title: Reference Charts
Post by: Robert Rioja on July 23, 2010, 12:09:25 PM
The Reference Charts is a very useful feature.  But it would be more useful if there was a way we could add our own charts.  This way, we could post and share other reference charts.

Check out the Help file under "The User Interface", "Bottom Tab Bar", "Reference Charts".

"The actual data for the Reference Charts is located in a basic ASCII text file in the FireFly installation folder called "Reference.txt". You are free to edit that file as you wish using any standard ASCII text editor. It is simple to add additional  information using the current information as a template. You will need to create a new [CATEGORY] followed by [COLUMNS] and finally by one or more [ list ] items that have the column details separated by the pipe "|" symbol."

Help File???   You mean we have a Help File ???   As we get older, there are three things that we lose.  The first thing we lose is memory.  The other two things, I can't remember.

Thanks for the replies.  I will look at the help file.
