Post by: Rolf Brandt on August 07, 2010, 01:05:19 PM
There were Powerpacks released last week.

I had not gotten any email notification like usual.

NOTE:  The PowerPacks had a problem; so they've released a FULL version of PowerBASIC 9.05 and 5.05 compilers.

(I hope you got that email!!)

Never got any email.

The link does not work for me any more because I have used up the 3 counts. Can only download the patch but I rather keep a full install. They want $15 for a copy of the full install on CD in their reply.

This really sucks.

I had download and installed the updates. Does not seem to produce any problems.

There is some sample code in the PB Win announcement that illustrates the failure to test if you got the previous build that had the problem. It just had something to do with the compound operators like ++ when it involved pointers/arrays/etc.  As for the 3 count download limit, you can email sales and have them reset it.  I've done it before, and for this they'd understand even more.
