Title: can't find the ff functions
Post by: Paul Breen on November 09, 2010, 09:38:41 PM
where can I find the ff functions like "FF_TEXTBOX_SETTEXT"?
I found it in one of the example projects.
a search in the help file does not help.

Press <F8> or use the Tab <Functions Library> at the bottom of the FireFly Designer.
Open <FireFly Functions><Textbox>. You find a description of the function and the code.

FireFly 2 used to have a special Functions helpfile, but in FF3 Paul put everything in one place - the Functions Library.

Was a good idea, I think.

Thanks, it really is convenient. I just could not think past the help file - I distinctly remembered where it was in firefly 2. I think I'll give firefly3 a new burst of energy for my non-ddt programs.
