I have been looking for report generators that might be of use with
my SQLite db. Here's one that looks promising.

I've used Alpha Five since 1987!!!!
Yes, it is the best all round database product on the market. It is in the same league as Access.... but much, much better.
Most of my company runs on Alpha.... very stable.
Negatives:
You create a program and distribute it with a "run-time" which can be quite large.
It is expensive (about $900 with the ability to distrubute to unlimited users)
While I think it is easy to use, there is a steep learning curve (manual at least 1500 pages)

I've used it with Postgres, but have no experience with SQLite and Alpha, but....
Alpha Five can use ODBC easily and there is an ODBC dll for SQLite available:

I use SQLite ODBC reportman. Reportman is free. Search google with "reportman"

Bob, do you know if Alpha-5 can utilize SQLitening Client/Server? if it can only use SQLite's ODBC then wouldn't it only be able to run as a single user? Or, SQLite's ODBC give it multiuser ability. Also, are you using version 10 and what database do you usually use?

I don't see a problem with the SQLite/SQLitening connection.
I use version 10.5 (latest version) with Alpha's native FoxPro DBF files. I've used PostgreSQL as well.
I've used a few dBase programs (Cheetah and Apollo) to open/close Alpha tables with PowerBASIC EXE's while my Alpha programs were running with no problem.
Alpha Five is quite robust and does multi-user quite well. If you intend to have "many" users... implement a SQL server backend (Postgres) and create all your form and reports with A5. Why re-invent the wheel. I've got one app with 40 tables and it is very fast with 10 users. Speed is no issue.
