Title: FireFly3 and FreeBasic
Post by: Dale Moseley Jr on September 26, 2011, 06:48:17 PM
The Environment Options assume Power Basic Windos 9 and 8. I plan to use Free Basic. I told the Environment Options that I would be using Free Basic but when I try to compile  I get an error that the compilation process can not find Power Basic.

Hi Dale,

There are two versions of FireFly. One for PowerBASIC and one for FreeBasic. This forum is for the commercial PowerBasic version. The FreeBasic version is free and not supported as good as the PowerBasic version. You can get the FB version at: http://www.freebasiccompiler.com/index.html

Is there a Forum for the FireFly3 Free Basic version?

There used to be a forum but it got corrupted (and it was very rarely used) so I didn't bother to set a new one up.
