I don't know.. but it seems that the vendor has a right to say ' show me ' to any issues brought up by the client. PB implies that the client has not provided anything but complaints with no ' proof ' .
I get complaints about ' my pc takes 20 minutes to boot up ' all the time... actual time for boot up 4 minutes ...
