Print Page - Enhanced printing request

As I'm a new FF user, I may have missed something but I don't seem to be able to get colour print-outs of my code.
If I've missed it, then I apologise in advance.
Here's the enhancements I'd like to see:

- Colour print-outs
- A border at the top of every page (a couple of blank lines)
- Ability to change the printer settings from the FF print dialogue

Ahh,

I wish I had the time. Been wanting to write this for ages. It is still on my 'Someday/Maybe list' :).

I will review my priorities.
