Title: Error 598 in Firefly 3.60
Post by: Elias Montoya on May 11, 2012, 02:44:34 AM

I am able to compile my project correctly in 3.51, but version 3.60 the exact same project gives me error 598.
Same includes, and for some reason i can't compile direclywith PB ide to see where the problem resides.

The project is too big and copyrighted, so, sending it is out of question, Any ideas where shouldi start looking
for a solution?

Hi Elias,

I had a customer contact me via email with a similar problem to yours. He emailed me back later and said that he deleted all old installations and FireFly folders in the "My Documents" folder. He reinstalled everything and the problem disappeared.

Elias,

This happened to me to when going from 3.51 to 3.60.  I had an older set of Jose's API Headers III (I think v 1.02).  I replaced Jose's API folder with his latest version (v1.03) and all is well.

I installed 3.6 and then took away 3.5 and now get error:

598: mothod OR PROPERTY NAME EXPECTED

I try compile from existing examples.
I have deleted and tried to reinstall everything with the same result. I 'am using WINAPI_II_04 from Jose

How can I solve this?
