If I am not to late and it can simply included (It should be a simple change) could you add accelerator keys to the Search and Search replace dialogs buttons.
Find dialog
Find Alt F
Close Alt C
Find Replace
Find Next Alt F
Replace Alt R
Replace All Alt A
Close Alt C
