Title: WIFI
Post by: Petrus Vorster on September 07, 2013, 04:24:20 PM
Am am busy with another "ambitious" project again.
How do you read the Wi-fi connections your laptop detects from Firefly?
If you can, what more info can one get? Locations?
Not for hacking, but trying to make a DB for small hotel that uses an external wi-fi supplier to match with possible outsiders for frequency logon's.
If they can detect the laptops everytime you book in then they can see who is constantly logged on and does not follow the book-in/out pattern.
Any suggestions?

Hi, you might consider contacting Nir Sofer http://www.nirsoft.net/about_nirsoft_freeware.html (http://www.nirsoft.net/about_nirsoft_freeware.html). His utility Wireless Network Watcher does more or less what you want. Maybe that can be helpful.
