Title: Split windows in code editor
Post by: Eddy Van Esch on October 24, 2013, 08:50:21 AM
Another feature request.
The possibility to split windows in the FF code editor (horizontal and vertical) as in JellyFish.
From the JF help file:
Quote
JellyFish Pro can display the same edit document in up to four separate editing "panes". This is refered to as splitting the window.
To split a window you need to manually move the "splitter". The splitter can be found above the up arrow of the vertical scrollbar and to the left of the left arrow of the horizontal scrollbar. When you move your mouse over these areas you will notice that the cursor changes indicate that the window can now be split.
To begin the split, click and hold down the left mouse button and drag the splitter to the position you wish. You can resize the windows after they are position by simply resizing the edge of the window.
To remove a split window you can double-click on the edge of the split window, or simply drag the splitter to the edge of the screen.

Kind regards
