hi, when i create a new project, i often include a bunch of modules i want (12 or so) right away. the way you have it is great ... it allows selecting multiple files from the add module file dialog. unfortunately firefly opens every one of them in an editor. then i have to right click on every tab and close them all. i would suggest not opening the module if more than one is added at once (maybe a preference?)
best regards,
don
Don,
Were you aware that you could right-click on any of the tabs and select the menu option "Close all other tabs"?
Andrew
That will not do if a project already has a few forms loaded. How'bout "Close all other modules". (That wasn't actually a suggestion).
Maybe a little tick-box in the dialog ("Only add modules") could deside if they are just added, or opened, in the editor.
I think this problem would go away anyway if there were a close 'X' in the top right corner of the tab window.
I use a browser called NetCaptor which has multiple brower windows on tabs not entirely dissimilar in approach to FireFly, and that has a close 'X' as well as a close all 'X' button on the top right.
Andrew
nope, but that helps significantly. thanks!

I've tried the tab's with "close-areas" on them, but don't fancy them at all. It's to easy to hit the wrong spot, and bam - it's gone. Then would be far better with a dbl-click, and a shortcut. Fx. [CTRL] + [W] as many applications are using.
wait a minute ... won't close all close everything? i don't want that. i have my project up ... maybe created a form and add the files. i don't want to close the stuff i'm working on, i just don't want all those new files opening in the editor.
