Title: Inject code into editor
Post by: David J Walker on June 09, 2005, 01:50:27 PM
Is it possible in FF to inject code into the editor as is done in the JFP addon "CLIP"?

Dave -
- Some time ago I wrote a small utility that works this way;  however, it is written in VB6 thus requiring the massive "install" overhead.
- This program sits on the desktop and allows you to insert any kind of text into pretty much any kind of screen capable of accepting keyboard input (oddly enough, it does not work within the VB6 environment;  I wrote it to work with JellyFish Pro!).
- If you'd like to try it out, just let me know...

At this time there is no JFP style addon support in FireFly... and to be 100% honest, I do not have a plan to add addon support in the near future. Sorry. :(
