Title: Import PbForms

Can Firefly import an app written in PbForms or do you have any
suggestions on doing it?  Use modeless dialogs with PbForms.

There was a very rudimentary PBForms import in the very first FireFly version but it was removed for version 2. It was not "up to standard".

Basically, you would need to design the Forms in FireFly. You may be able to port some of the non-GUI PbForms code to FireFly.
