allow Open File to navigate shortcuts

When looking for a file in the Open File Dialog, FF3 seems to falter if you double-click on a shortcut. (Returns "Invalid Project" messagebox: The file is not a FireFly Project or is a version prior to Version 2.00. Loading of Project can not continue. OK)

Instead, when you double-click on a shortcut, it would be great if FF would change to that directory.
