Lable Array and screen placment

It seems that when I have an array of controls, a label in this case, that I have problems selecting and or moving them on the form. Sometime I have to click on it a number of times just to select it and once selected I can't move it (no its not locked). It appears to happen only with control arrays. FF3 and win xp pro sp3

Happens with more than 2 controls in the array but its very inconsistent. It also doesn't seem to happen until a property changes, like the caption, and then the next element can't be selected or moved.

After I changed the Environment options to a grid size of 6x6 and turned off snap to grid it seems to work ok
