Windows 7 (AREO?) Can't see controls

Has any one else had trouble with the contrast using win7 ? When designing a form I have a very hard time seeing the outline of controls placed on the form. This is the same using FF3, VB6, PB Forms...Seems .net is ok.

I can adjust the monitor  / system contrast but then everything else look like crap. If I turn off the AREO stuff it gets better but still hard to see. Never had this problem under XP.........Its the only thing I dislike about win7

To be honest, I program on Win7 all the time and I haven't noticed any problems seeing the control outlines.
