Jose Roca include files

Does anyone have any advice on how to obtain these Windows wrapper files?

I've tried for the last month to get them from Jose Roca's website, but can't register due to "Sorry, registration is disabled at this time." I've also had no luck contacting Sr. Roca himself to find out how do do this.

Any suggestions?

I just found Sr. Roca responded to one of my "breadcrumb" posts here. He indicates the registration was due to spam, and you should email mail him directly with name and email address to get registered.
