Error 493 when trying to compile

I have not been using FF for a while so I'm a little rusty at it.
When trying to compile the example projects of FF 3.51 I always get an error 493 and FF is pointing to line:
#COMPILE EXE "//PROJECT_NAME//.exe"

What must I do to correct the error?

Try compiling the CODEGEN_TREEVIEW_MAIN.BAS file that is generated when FF compiles the project. Use JPro or the PBEdit program. That may give you a better idea of where the error line is. Sometimes FF can not 100% determine the error line.

That pointed to this line:
#INCLUDE ONCE "cWindow.inc"
So it seemed that Joses include files were not installed ... Silly me ...
