custom controls error with windows 2003 server and firefly 3.1 or 3.5

I can not use EGrid or Sigrid with windows 2003 server and FireFly.!

Sigrid not appear in the list of custom controls.
And eGrid not be placed in a form because either the program crash or leaves an error message "Error setting property custom control."
In addition, the compiled executable, do not run on Windows 2003 server.

I need help please!
