Win7 system listview

I'm guessing windows 7 uses a special (probably ocx) version of thelistview for the explorer. It has very cool features like "comboboxes" in column headers and stuff. Besides it doesn't flicker at all.

Do you guys know what control is it? Or if it is a standard listview control, how can i get rid of the flicker in Win7?
