This code is working fine for me. Thanks to Jean-Pierre Leroy by sample with FireImage control. Also thanks to Gary Beene from PB-Forum by code for scroll a form.  This code can scroll a image in FireImage control but also move all control of form.  Not better solution but is a only other alternative.  If somebody have a better sample.
