Controls resizing on their own

I'm working with a fresh install of FF 3.61 and having some issues with controls resizing on their own.  If I copy/paste a control, it will always come out a different size.  Usually adds 25 or 26 to the width.  Height changes as well, by 4 or 5.  Moving a control will cause it's size to change also.

I didn't have these issues with previous editions.  What am I missing?

Is snap to grid enabled?

It was.  But I turned it off to see if it was linked to the problem.

Hey Paul,

I'm running this on Win7/64.  I changed it to WinXP Compatibility mode and it runs fine.
