Resizing in design view

How about being able to have the controls re-size and reposition in the form design window when re-sizing the form? It could use the settings specified for each control, or perhaps be overridden for just the form re-size. Undo or commit options would be nice after viewing the changes.

Some times I want to add a control late in the design, and want the other controls moved around as I make the form bigger to accommodate it.  Sometimes I want to change the form size on start-up without having to do it in code at run-time.

Also, how about an undo on design changes.  I don't know how many times I accidentally moved or re-sized a control and had to figure out how to put it back the way it was (this one may have been asked before).

+100  I usually have to lock or right click all my controls when I need to click them to set properties because I always end up moving them after I have them all aligned perfect.
