Tiko 1.3X - german translation - added some entries

Hi Paul,

Did not hear for a long time from Jörg.
Hope you both feel well.

Therefore I  make a small contribution.
I reworked and added some entries in the 'deutsch.lang' (UTF16-LE)
translation for the Tiko Editor.
