INI Wrappers

Hello,

I have been using Eros Olmi's wrappers for INI functions (at http://www.powerbasic.com/support/forums/Forum7/HTML/001467.html), and they have been really useful.

While it's no problem to use them, I think it would be cool if FireFly had similar ones implemented.
