Error occured creating Resource (PBR) file

I get the error "Error occured creating Resource (PBR) file" on Firefly. 
All i did was add a new tool to the toolbar, then compile. I cannot see at all what is causing this, the image for the toolbar item is valid, i have checked.
I then removed the new toolbar tool icon but it still reports same error.
Since their is Zero extra information provided in error (which is infuriating) i must return here for help.
Incidentally their is no *.pbr in my working directory.
Please help

ok, the problem was sorted, but unfortunately i didn't have time to discover the cause. I just rolled back to the previous version and made similar amendments again and it was ok.
One point to note is that i am using 2.75 of FF and not 2.80 which appears in the thread link you gave.
However thanks for your exceedingly quick response and help.
