Compiler file not found

All over sudden I get an error when I try to compile. FF reports: Error 446: Function expected.

When I try to compile the CodeGen files in the PB IDE I am getting this error:

Error 493 in E:\!Dev\FF3\SQLMan\release\CODEGEN_SQLMAN_MAIN.bas(25:015):  Compiler file not found/accessible
Line 25: #Include Once "StaticCtrl.inc"

Environment:
PB 9.02 - FF 3.04 - Win XP Pro SP3

Any suggestions?
