FireImage Control question

I am trying to use the FireImage control. 
I have a FireImage control on a form and in the properties have
selected a JPG file to display in the FireImage control.

In the FF305 editor the Image is displaying correctly, but in the compiled program the image does not display.  The FireImage Control remains grey.   I have ensured the image file was in the local directory with the compiled program. Still no image shown.
