FireFly 3.05 IDE closing, Win XP Pro SP3

Have a 70% complete project which has 6 times now aborted with the Windows message "FireFly Visual Designer has encountered a problem etc etc"
The first few times I removed forms one at a time (there are only 7) and rebuilt the form which was causing the problem.
Then I saw the posts about 3.05 and went through and repositioned a button on each form, which corrected the problem.
I then downloaded and installed 3.05, made a very simple change to a string
Replace ", " With "~" In sKey, and Zap!! same message.  I moved a button on each form and as before, the project now compiles.
I meant to make a zip of the bad project but overwrote it with amended form code.  Will make a copy next time it happens if it will help in diagnosis.

Happy to advise that after a further 5 days there have been no more problems.
The issue must have been carried forward from a pre 3.05 compile.
