Handles and Control IDs dialog

When using the Handles and control IDs dialog it would be nice if after double-clicking an entry (which inserts the name of the menu item etc into the code window) the focus automatically shifted to the code window.

At present double-clicking an entry results in the handles and control IDs dialog retaining the focus - it would be very unusual to double-click another option on this dialog without adding some extra code in the code window!
