FreeBasic: Manifests

Wasn't able to compile my Free Basic tests adding a resource with a manifest. The problem was that although the Microsoft documentation says that you have to use "ia64" in the processorArchitecture field, in fact this setting is for servers; for desktop computers we have to use "amd64".

Early on when I was testing 64 bit I noticed the same type of problem. In my reading of the documentation and other forums, I decided to go with the following manifest using a processorArchitecture="*"
