Template-Control for "any control"

To be able to "visually" add Controls, which FF does not have, a "Control Template" would be nice.
It should just generate all Subs somewhere, where i add the "create", "resize" etc. functions from any custom control.
Then i could visually edit the template and it would re-generate these subs.

I am not the first to suggest this,
