Toolbar Bug

If you attempt to delete the first button from a toolbar (not a rebar) using the toolbar organize dialog the request is ignored by FireFly.

Deleting any other button works fine.

Another small toolbar bug I've just discovered......

If you go to the organize dialog, click on a separator button definition in the listbox, then click insert (to insert a new toolbar button) the button style for the NEW button have the following radiobuttons checked:

TBSTYLE_BUTTON
TBSTYLE_SEP

Being grouped radiobuttons these should be mutually exclusive.
