Can you please create an template when the user placed the component "scrollbar" or "trackbar" and his form. Then create the program the code for the "scrollbar" or "trackbar"

The only property in your list "missing" is the SmallChange, not being present on the scrollers ...

As for templates, I for one, don't quite get what you're after. FF has plenty of wrappers to use for easily working with these controls. Especially the tracker has a significant list of FF functions a few clicks away in the Functions Library (F8).
